Mylar Warmth
They have the look of something designed for the space program. They're mylar, a paper-thin shiny metallic sheet, that comes in handy when your car breaks down in winter, or when you're separated from your climbing group on the slopes of Mt. McKinley. Barring that, they're also a perfect material for a do-it-yourself cold-climate Halloween costume-near impossible to rip by hand, but cut easily with scissors. There's no padding, so they wouldn't be too comfy on your bed, but they sure are warm. They both come folded about the size of a wallet. The Blanket is 52" x 82", the Sleeping Bag is 34" x 84".

Don't Forget Your Rubbers
Protect your feet and your footware with our bright yellow disposable plastic boots. They slip possibly over a stout pair of workboots-size eleven and smaller, we guess. The disposable boots are too thin to be worn alone and designed to work with liners we also carried but have since sold out on. Our package of (6) is of course (6) pairs.

Glue-teus Maximus
These tubes of rubber cement are small (3/8 fl oz each) but with (3) to a pack, you'll have one for the garage, one for the basement workbench, and one for the kitchen junk drawer. Use them for tire patching, and other vinyl and rubber repairs. Keep all (3) out of the reach of children.

Extreme Tie Downs
We just hate it when our Ducati falls over in the bed of the pickup. That's why we had Paul get on the horn and buy these big-boy, CargoLoc" heavy-duty 6-foot x 1" wide tie downs with a 2000-lb capacity and a 667-lb work load limit. Got nice sturdy 1" ID steel hooks and high-quality Aeroloc" steel buckles. And the DuraWeb" weather-resistant, low-elongation nylon strapping with Anso-tex® Edge Guard" is a bright reflective green, too, which is good even if it does clash with Testastretta red. Our each is a pair.

Light Up Your Labrador
They'll see the dog (or you) coming a block away with this black-canvas pet collar. It features a neon-green reflective section nearly the entire length of the collar with flashing red LEDs inside. Works great on the pooch, but would be just as useful strapped around a bike-rider's arm or leg. It’s 16" long (tightening down to 12") OA x 1" wide; each has a black plastic buckle, on/off push button, and a small D-ring near the middle for a leash. The LEDs flash approx 2X/sec and there's a small pouch that holds a tiny PC board and replaceable button cell battery. The package may or may not call it a "leash." Pay no attention.
