LEDs By The Dozen
Light emitting diodes. Solid state devices that provide the ubiquitous power and indicator lights on your electronic gadgetry. Unlike lamps, there are no filaments that glow. Rather, some two volts of DC power at a miniscule 10 to 20 milliamps of current get the chemistry excited, and they just plain emit. Emit is a good word, too, as they don't really cast light, but glow brightly. We have a nice assortment of 3 and 5 MM diameter sizes in red, green, orange, and yellow. The longer lead is always positive, the shorter always negative, and you always need a current limiting resistor (about 500 to 1,000 ohms for 5 to 9 volt DC sources) to keep the current in the 10-20 MA range. If that's Greek to you you're either going to blow a lot of LED's or learn to change incandescent indicator lamps ! !

Compu-holders
Plastic holders which would love to embrace your 3-1/2" diskettes, CD's and even tapes. "Double" comes in teal, white or gray (colors will be our choice) with a transparent lid hinged at the back. Roughly 9" wide x 5" tall x 9", deep it holds (96) discs and has (8) separators. It also locks and has (2) keys.

Bead Heaven
Glass beads, 0.055" diameter!! They are German and are the kind you glue on stuff to make it sparkle or reflective--not the kind with holes. At our price you could do layers in little bottles for really cool thingums!! We have 'em in clear and a whole host of colors. Craft stores sell tubes of these beads for a ruinous $4.00 per tube or about $3.35 per oz.. Well, we don't have the tube so you are going to get a baggie, but you only have to pay $1.00 per oz so jump up and down and clap your hands over such a great deal!! The only thing left is to choose what you need. In case you can't do that, we offer an assortment of (10) packages which will include clear plus at least six (6) different colors.

Make your portable CD player really portable: take it for a ride with these skip stabilizers. The plastic housing is full of springs that should eliminate skips on all but the worst roads. Plus, each has an adapter that connects your car's cigarette lighter with your CD player. (To hear the music, though, you'll have to order-from us, naturally-a pair of speakers for the player's headphone jacks.) The DC-DC converter by itself would be a steal at this price. Large Rock Polishing Kit
Budding lapidarians will lap up this rock polishing kit which is so complete it even contains some rocks. The polishing tumbler has a (3) lb. ((1) qt.) fifteen sided rubber barrel and is driven by a 115 VAC motor. Overall dimensions are 6" x 6" x 7-1/2" high. Decibel Meter
'Tain't a toy, McGee. And 'tain't surplus. This digital dB meter from Sper Scientific is pocket-sized--8" x 1-5/8" x 7/8"--and measures sound levels from 32 to130 dB with a built-in 1/2" microphone using (2) "AAA" batteries (included).
