Lever Switch

Odd DPST lever toggle switch rated 12 a @ 125 VAC, 6 a @ 250 VAC, 1/2 Hp. It has a 2-3/4" x 1-3/8" x 3/4" thick body on one end of which is the lever arm. Said arm protrudes nearly 1" from the body with the last 1/2" being a "C" shaped jaw. Line up a bunch of them, slip a 1/4" to 1/2" dia dowel through all their jaws, and you can gang switch any number of circuits.

Illuminating Moment

A cool double pole double throw momentary rocker switch. The rocking switch lever is white plastic with a 24 V bulb in it. Wire it so the lamp is always on, flashes when pushed, is on except when pushed....whatever you want. The switch is rated for 3 amps @ 125 VAC and has solder terminals. 1" x 3/4" x 1-3/8" from the tip of the rocker to the base of the solder terminals at the back. Cory suggests applying it to your rocket launcher.

And see the red light. This panel-mount SPST push-on/push-off switch from Molex is rated for 125V and has a neon indicator lamp. Measures 2-1/4" x 15/16" x 1/2" with 3/16" quick-disconnect terminals. The panel face is 1-5/16" x 1/2" with plastic wings to keep it in place. The button is marked "AEC." Two contacts for the switch; two contacts for the lamp (diagram included). Latching. UL/CSA.
