With this circle cutter from Momenta®, now anyone can cut a perfect circle of 1/2" to 11-1/2" dia from matboard, posterboard, foam core, paper and more. Includes blue and white cutter that’s 4-3/4" x 4-1/8" when collapsed, (3) pencil leads, (5) replacement blades and (1) paper-protector. Instructions show how to replace blades and how to extend cutter to various lengths.
