Returns are Easy Peasy!
We are a small family owned business and we want you to have complete confidence in your purchase, so we accept all returns without question and will either issue a refund, credit your account or send you a replacement (limit once), as you choose. With a few logical exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them, according to the following:
If your item is not working as expected or broken, please contact customer service or tech support at 888-724-7587. Often our incredible staff can assist you in troubleshooting the item and get it working over the phone; hidden battery compartments and sticky hinges are common in surplus items.
The item must be in original condition. Sooooo, no ordering skeletons, using for halloween, then getting fake blood all over them and try to return them. That's a no, no. Original Condition please.
Returns must be made within 30 days-ish of purchase. Please contact customer service at 888-724-7587 to begin the process. Non-stock special order items and large quantities that require a special purchase to meet the requested quantity are examples.
We do not issue return labels for products that have arrived as described. Shipping charges are non-refundable and packages returned with postage due will have it deducted from your refund. Please include a copy of the packing slip in your return shipment.
