Can I return items?
Yes. We accept all returns without question and will either issue a refund, credit your account or send you a replacement(limit once), as you choose. With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them, according to the following:

If an item is broken, shipped in error or has been misrepresented, we will issue a return label or send a shipper to pick up the package for return shipment and pay the charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable and packages returned with postage due will have it deducted from your refund. Please include a copy of the packing slip in your return shipment.

We encourage using this website to place your order, it's available 24/7/365, whereas we humans like to sleep and have weekends and holidays off. Can you tell me about the availability of an item?
Many of the items contained in our catalogue and on our website are surplus of one sort or another. We buy closeouts, inventory overruns, mis-manufactures and items whose time has not come. As such, we have only a fixed quantity and when it's gone it's gone. The availability shown on this site is an approximate as there could be orders ahead of yours that haven't been processed yet or our inventory could be off. If our stock of the item you have ordered is exhausted we will refund that portion of your remittance. We add items weekly so check back often!
What is your warranty policy?
Since we have neither manufactured any of the items offered on our site or in our catalog nor purchased them with recourse to warranties by their original manufacturer, we cannot make any warranties or accept any responsibility for their use or misuse beyond our selling price. For items that we purchase new from manufacturers, please check the included information for any provided manufacturer's warranty.
Do you have a damaged goods policy?
If you receive a shipment containing items damaged in shipping, please retain the package, including the packing material, and email customer service at email@example.com or call 888-724-7587 immediately to notify us of the damage. We must file a claim with the shipper and will advise you whether the damaged goods need to be returned. Be sure to include your order number with any return which you can find it on shipping papers or on the shipping label.
