Dear Valued Surpies,

Many of you have been a part of the American Science & Surplus family for years, and we deeply appreciate your loyalty. We know we hold a special place in your homes, hearts, and history. We cherish the connections we have with you, from mail orders and catalogs to our "What Is It Wednesday" challenges. We hear from hundreds of you every week, and we treasure the stories you share. 
 
We know this is an unusual time, as we've encountered technical challenges with our inventory in our order processing system. This is the first time we've experienced a hiccup of this magnitude, and fully understand the frustration it has caused you. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the disruption and inconvenience this has caused.

Our dedicated team of 8—Barb, Nick, Mike, Val, Ellen, Teke, Mary, and Pat (the owner)—has been working tirelessly. We have identified most affected orders and have made substantial progress in fulfilling them. In fact, we are nearing complete resolution, with almost all orders now dispatched or prepared for immediate shipment. We are committed to finalizing the remaining orders with the same urgency and will continue to provide updates until every affected customer is satisfied.
