Warehouse Whatchamacallit
Okay, so picture this: it's not Wednesday (my bad, time flies when you're surrounded by surplus gadgets!), and I totally caught Pat red-handed. He was all hunched over this thing, muttering to himself like it owed him money. Naturally, my curiosity antenna shot up faster than a rocket-powered hamster.
So, I casually stroll into the warehouse (you know, just pretending to look for... uh... essential paperclips?), and BAM! This glorious piece of retro-tech is staring back at me. Honestly, it looks like something Dr. Frankenstein would use to check the voltage on his toaster.
My first thought? "Sweet! Maybe this is how we finally get decent Wi-Fi!" I even pictured myself lugging it out to that poor, lonely internet pole outside and somehow plugging it in. I'm pretty sure the squirrels would be impressed, even if our download speeds wouldn't budge.
But alas, my dreams of lightning-fast cat videos were quickly dashed. This thing looks way too serious (and probably doesn't have a USB port). So, now I'm turning to you, the brainy bunch! What is this contraption? Is it a time machine disguised as a meter? A device for measuring the exact level of awkward silence in a room?
Spill the beans (or your best guess) and email it to share@sciplus.com. Let's solve this mystery together before Pat tries to use it to make his coffee!
