Kit, Soldering, the Conehead Chirping Cricket

Don’t worry—they’re not real bugs. We’ve got a Belgian-designed kit that you solder into a cool bug-like device that reacts to light. The Conehead, 3-3/4" long x 1" tall Cricket with 3-3/8" long rear legs, which changes chirps based on light intensity, requires a CR2032 button cell battery that you supply and includes a 1W 8-Ohm 1/2” speaker, PCB body and legs, and a phototransistor “eye.”
