Your guess is as good as ours. This piece of test equipment is from the 70's/80's. It looks home made and stands about 4 feet tall. Is on wheels. We have been told it is for testing capacitors. Jason from our facebook feed says "Prototype McDonald's ice cream machine that was abandoned because it never broke down."
