Our each is a pack of (10) common cathode 5mm dia red/green/blue LEDs. Clear lens, 20mA rated for 100K hour life. 3V supply will work for all. You also get 100 Ohm and 510 Ohm resistors to step down 5 and 12VDC respectively. Luminous intensity is 4,000 mcd.

Common Cathode RGB 5mm LED 10 Piece Kit with Voltage Dropping Resistors
RGB LEDs are great for creating custom light effects for displays, in vehicles, on motorcycles, instrument panels... anywhere accent lighting is needed. These RGB LEDs are waterproof for use on boats or outdoors and are tested to last 100,000 hours (over 10 years) and use virtually no power at all—1/4 watt at most—while providing up to 5,000 mcd of output. Also included are resistors to use these common cathode RGB LEDs with 5 or 12 VDC sources.
Use the larger included resistors in series with the 12 VDC power supply positive and the desired color's anode. Use the smaller resistor in series with the 5 VDC power supply positive and the desired color's anode.
