Description
The Light Fantastic
This little black rubber foot fits canes with 5/8” or 3/4” dia bottoms, and serves to stabilize them. Has (4) little legs, approx 3-1/2” across, but the fun part is that above the foot is a 1-3/4” blue plastic tube that flashes an LED each time the cane hits the floor. Not a safety light, just a way to add some pizzazz to a utilitarian necessity. Runs on a button-cell battery that the manufacturer says can't be replaced and may be dead, but Pat thinks a tech-savvy grandchild might be able to work around that. Besides we like the stabilizing feature of the foot.
