Bands On The Run

Sir Paul McCartney probably has a personal trainer, but mere mortals such as you and I have to try and make it to the gym. But now, we can use these resistance bands, aka hip bands, to get in a workout anywhere—at home, in a hotel, on a long bus ride, even at the gym if you happen to make it there and don’t want to use their gear. You’ll get a set of (3) bands in different sizes and colors: mint green with a 25" circumference; gray with a 29" circumference; and black with a 33" circumference. Each band is 3" wide and made of a somewhat stretchy elastic/nylon mix. They all fit into a nice black mesh bag, too, about the size of a thick paperback novel.
