Fizz Creations puts a tenacious D in DIY, with cardboard kits that allow kids to make cool tech stuff that works, in under an hour. No tools are required, and the estimated build time is 45 minutes. You pick. The DIY Radio Kit is mostly about creating the cardboard housing—the radio portion has a few modules you simply connect—but the end result is a working FM radio of approx 7" x 6" x 2” (9V battery not included). The DIY Sketcher Kit allows you to draw, using knobs à la another classic sketch toy, but with a penholder you can see moving as you order it around. Measures 8” x 6-1/2” x 2” and includes the cardboard body, drawing frame, pen holder and double-sided tape.
