For Carving Not Washing...

We have (4) great soapstone carving kits, but don’t take them in the shower. No matter how hard you try, soapstone won’t get you as clean as a standard bar of Dial or Irish Spring. It’s for carving, friends. You’ll get (1) soapstone block, pre-cut into an animal shape, (1) nice steel rasp with a storage sleeve, and sandpaper. Soapstone is non-toxic and naturally soft, which makes it fun to carve. Blocks measure approx 3" x 2" x 1-3/4" and each project should take 2 to 5 hours, depending on your carving skills. Kit assembled in Canada, so you know it’s cooperative. You pick: the turtle, dog, cat or elephant.
